The investment project will be implemented on a plot of land with an area of 34,413 sq.m., representing PL I 7836, sq. 30 - Industrial zone in the plan of the town of Kazanlak, owned by the company.
The investment includes the construction of a production building with a built-up area of 17,709 sq.m., an administrative-domestic building with a built-up area of 716 sq.m. Apart form them, additional buildings will be constructed on the property: Checkpoint, Shed for parking of 46 units bicycles, Power substation, Shed for temporary storage of containers with technological waste, Parking lot with 53 parking spaces for workers' and visitors' cars and 7 motorcycle parking spaces, openwork fence and completely new site infrastructure. The total unfolded built-up area of the future buildings is 18,797 sq. m.
The main contractor of the construction and assembly works is a Sofia basded company Barrage Group Ltd., that won the tender led in the past months and which is worth almost BGN 23 million. The construction site will be prepared and officially opened in September this year.
The total planned investment that M+S Hydraulic PLC will make for buildings, machines and equipment is BGN 45 million over a 3-year period.
With the construction of this new plant, the production capacity of M+S Hydraulic PLC will be increased by more than 30%, and thus will be possible to achieve the long-term goals of expanding the company's market share. This aim will be realized through the implementation of state-of-the-art technologies and CNC machines, with a high level of automation and robotization of production operations and processes. The new plant will house several production facilities for machining and coating processes (painting and manganese phosphating), a modern dispatch logistics center, auxiliary premises for repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment, a treatment plant and warehouses for blanks and finished products .
In the new Plant 2, 121 new job positions are planned to be opened, as they will be in accordance with the machines, the installations where the workers will work and the ensuring of the production process and the quality of the manufactured products.
